At Cleaning Time Services LLC, we believe in straightforward, hassle-free service with no contracts, allowing you to cancel our service anytime. We respect your scheduled cleaning time and ask that you reciprocate by providing at least 24 to 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our team effectively and avoid unnecessary fees. Our calendar moves quickly, so we want to ensure enough time slots for our clients. Please be aware that last-minute cancellations or no one opening the door when our team arrives may result in a cancellation fee. We maintain zero tolerance for any disrespect toward our crews, ensuring a safe and professional environment for everyone. Additionally, if anyone in your household is sick, please notify us promptly so we can take appropriate measures to protect our staff and other clients. Your cooperation helps us deliver the best service possible.

At Cleaning Time Services LLC, we maintain small fees that allow us to operate efficiently and deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services. While our standard cleaning packages cover essential tasks, we also offer a variety of extra services to meet your specific needs. These additional options, such as inside oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, window interiors, organization and tidying up, dishwashing, laundry, and cleaning inside cabinets, are available for an extra charge based on the extra service selected. This flexible approach ensures you receive personalized care while keeping costs transparent and manageable.

At Cleaning Time Services LLC, we prioritize flexibility to accommodate your unique schedule. We work in Airbnbs 7 days a week. Our residential cleanings are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with options for weekly, bi-weekly, or every four-week appointments. Scheduling is tailored to fit both your needs and our availability to ensure the best service possible. You will receive reminders two days and one day prior to your cleaning appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. It’s important to note that canceling and waiting until the next cleaning will result in a price adjustment for that next service, whereas rescheduling will maintain your current pricing. This policy helps us keep your home in optimal condition while allowing our cleaners sufficient time to reset your house when a cancellation occurs.
